The Thrive Brand Ambassador Program is built for residents who are already living the experience — posting from the rooftop, bringing friends to the fitness center, and telling people about the neighborhood. We’re simply putting a structure — and real compensation — behind what you’re already doing naturally.
As a Thrive Brand Ambassador, you earn a $100 monthly stipend, referral commissions, and a set of exclusive perks in exchange for sharing your authentic experience with your community and network across our properties.
This is a resident-first program. No marketing degree required. Just a genuine connection to where you live, a presence on social media, and an enthusiasm for the Thrive lifestyle.

What We Ask of You
Requirements & Expectations
We keep the requirements achievable and the expectations clear. Everything we ask fits naturally into the life of someone already engaged with their community.
Social Content
- Announce your ambassadorship on Instagram
- Two Instagram feed posts per month
- One Instagram Story per week
- Share applicable Thrive announcements and events
Content Creation
- Host one Thrive social media takeover per cycle
- Participate in at least one brand photo or video shoot

The Thrive Brand Ambassador Program is a resident-first initiative that connects active social media creators who live in Thrive communities with a paid role sharing their authentic experience. Ambassadors earn a $100 monthly stipend, referral commissions, and exclusive perks in exchange for consistent content creation, event participation, and community referrals.
Yes — this program is designed specifically for current residents of Thrive communities. Your firsthand experience living at a Thrive property is what makes your content authentic and your referrals credible. If you’re not yet a resident but are interested in Thrive, reach out to our leasing team to explore availability.
Active ambassadors receive a flat $100 per month as their base stipend for meeting the program’s content and engagement requirements. This is paid in addition to any referral commissions you earn. Payment details and timing are confirmed during your onboarding.
When someone you’ve referred signs a lease at a Thrive community, you earn a referral commission on top of your monthly stipend. Full commission amounts and payment structure are outlined during your onboarding call.
The program is designed to fit naturally into your existing routine as a resident. At minimum, ambassadors commit to two Instagram feed posts per month, weekly Stories, and at least two community events per quarter. If you’re already active on social media and engaged in your community, most of this is happening anyway.
Instagram is the primary platform for the program, with TikTok as a strong secondary. Your accounts must be set to public so your content is visible and trackable. We want ambassadors with an engaged, authentic following — follower count alone isn’t the deciding factor. Include your handles and a sense of your content style in your application.
