Chief’s Island Grill is a family-owned food trailer based in the Lancaster and Central Ohio area, operated by a husband and wife team. The business is deeply rooted in community and service, taking its meaningful name in honor of Christian’s mother and her traditional chief title from American Samoa.
The menu features Hawaii-inspired BBQ and Pacific island comfort food, offering loaded fries, handhelds, and signature island bowls served with rice and Hawaiian-style macaroni salad.
