The Harrison Park project is located in the Harrison West neighborhood, between downtown Columbus and The Ohio State University’s main campus. For 100 years this site was home to a margarine and soybean oil processing plant. Abandoned in the mid 1990’s it had become a severely blighting influence on the neighborhood.

Working with the Clean Ohio grant program, Wagenbrenner Development (now Thrive Companies) redeveloped this 18-acre polluted industrial site, and partnered with Rockford Homes to construct beautiful, vibrant, high-quality housing that blends in with the historic residential homes in the neighborhood.
