Located in the heart of the City of Gahanna, a Northeast suburb of Columbus, this urban-styled retail project on approximately 3.5 acres consists of 26,800 square feet of retail space in two architecturally-significant buildings and one smaller building. Tenants include Dunkin Donuts, European Wax Center, Moe’s Southwestern Grill, Tom + Chees, Gigi’s Cupcakes, Sport Clips, and Arby’s. Shops at Rocky Fork was co-developed with Gallas Zadeh Development, a firm that specializes in retail developments. The project opened in winter of 2014.
