Move & Mingle is BACK and this time at The Little Grand! In partnership with iHeartMedia, join us Saturday, July 25th from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM for Columbus’s premier fitness & wellness community event, where movement meets connection! Here’s how the morning goes: 9 to 10 AM | The Move: Choose your workout! Options include Strength Training, HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, a 5K Run, and Power Walking, all led by ELITE local fitness professionals. 10 AM to 12 PM | The Mingle: Recovery, shopping & vibes. Live DJ sets, interactive fitness competitions, a 20 to 40 brand vendor market, and our signature cold plunge pools await! VIP Swag Bag: First 50 sign-ups only, don’t sleep on it!
