Zaki Mediterranean Grill – Food Truck Fridays

Zaki Grill brings bold, made-fresh-daily Mediterranean cooking to Central Ohio from owner Ahmed Quraja, who was born in Palestine and built the truck around feeding people well. The menu runs on scratch-made sandwiches and bowls: chicken shawarma with turmeric-marinated tenderloins, garlic sauce and tahini, the slow-roasted lamb-and-beef Gyro The Hero, and a vegan falafel packed with ground chickpeas, fresh parsley, green onions and Zaki spice, rounded out with house-made pickles and Mediterranean sides.
