How To Qualify
To be eligible for the Preferred Employer Program:
Provide proof of income (offer letter or pay stub) with your company name and your name at the time of application.

Additional Guidelines
Changing to a Preferred Employer mid-lease does not retroactively qualify you for credits or deposit reduction (referral credits may still apply).
Preferred Employer credits cannot be combined with Resident Referral credits.
Security deposit reduction applies only with no additional conditions on approval (guarantor use counts as a condition).
If employed by Ohio State University, you must be wholly employed by OSU (student financial aid, stipends, and fellowships do not qualify).
A maximum of two $300 Preferred Employer credits applies per household, but application fees are reimbursed for all Preferred Employer applicants on the lease.
