How employees qualify
Once your company is part of the network, your employees can easily access their benefits during the application process at their chosen Thrive community. To qualify, they just need to provide proof of income (offer letter or pay stub) that includes your company name and their name when applying.

For preferred employer roommates, we apply a maximum of two $300 preferred employer credits per household, but application fees are reimbursed for all eligible applicants on the lease.

- Lists you as their referrer at the time of application
- Signs a 12-month lease or longer
