The award-winning Gowdy Field development is located just North of downtown Columbus, between the City of Columbus and the City of Grandview Heights. Previously an old baseball field and then a city landfill, this 19.5-acre site was extremely underutilized considering its important urban location.

After receiving two separate Clean Ohio grants, Wagenbrenner Development (now Thrive Companies) partnered with The Daimler Group in the development and construction of a Class A office park with tenants such as Time Warner Cable, The Ohio State University’s Eye & Ear Institute and the Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center.
