The Grandview Crossing development includes the 36-acre former landfill property and and is situated in both the City of Columbus and the City of Grandview Heights. Thrive Companies, working with both city officials, will develop premium office space, apartment units, retail, parking garages, and a hotel. The site infrastructure, including utilities, started in December 2019. Phase one of the development includes apartments, office, and a parking garage, which began construction in 2020, with anticipated occupancy by Fall 2021.
