Located in the heart of the City of Gahanna, a Northeast suburb of Columbus, this urban-styled retail project on approximately 3 acres consists of 22,500 square feet of retail space in two architecturally-significant buildings. Retail tenants include Rusty Bucket, Panera, Chipotle and AT&T. Clark Commons is being co-developed with Courtfield Properties, a firm that specializes in retail developments. The project opened in the fall of 2012.
