The former Timken roller bearing plant was demolished over a decade ago, leaving behind 31+ acres of vacant land in the Milo Grogan neighborhood just North of downtown Columbus. Located at a high traffic corner, just West of Interstate 71 at Cleveland Avenue and East Fifth Avenue, this site was sold and has been transformed in Rogue Fitness’ headquarters.

Wagenbrenner Development (now Thrive Companies) was awarded a Clean Ohio grant in January 2012. Foundation demolition and environmental remediation of this e site began in summer of 2012.
